Extremely rude staff. I'm not sure what role the individual named Efine Ekechukwu holds at this company, but I strongly advise against applying here if you're looking for a workplace that supports your livelihood and values patient care. Based on my phone interaction, this person demonstrated a complete lack of health literacy and concern for others. If this is how they communicate over the phone, I can only imagine how difficult it would be to work with them in person. If possible, avoid this place.

For the sake of your love ones and family members do not join this company. For the past couple of weeks we have suffered from the nurses arriving 1hr sometimes even 2hrs late then their original set time. Whenever we tried talking to the company about the issue they told US to fix it because that wasn’t their job or problem to deal with. After this discussion they left us 2 weeks without nurses
