I rate this company's service as ZERO! I was set up with them after knee replacement surgery. I waited a week to hear from their one and only physical therapist assistant. Then I canceled them and went with another company that was so much better.

No call No show on the nurse that has been coming out here for weeks. No explanation and no call back from Encompass about this. This is life and death and not something simple like getting your burger order wrong. Customer service should be at a higher level considering the type of service you provide to patients
