I would just suggest you check on your loved ones, especially if you live out of state. Very poor management of their patients and they lack the ability to identify signs of neglect/abuse. They lack caregiver oversight to ensure they are provide adequate care. They do not follow Texas mantory reporting laws. Lack oversight to ensure fraud isn't occurring. The condition my father was in prior to passing was unacceptablele; severely neglected, malnutritioned, bed sores, and serious gross UTI. So if you use this company I suggest to not just assume your loved ones are okay because they are being cared for by this company, make sure they are being cared for. 12/3/2024: Update to respond to Owner's response. Your company was contacted and was given the opportunity to resolve, that did not occur. Rather self preservation occurred.

LOVE this amazing staff! We’re receiving care now — nurse visits, speech therapy and occupational therapy. Compassionate, thorough, professional, committed. You should call.

This company has some of the most rude UNCARING and UNPROFESSIONAL and UNPLEASANT young women I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting in my 81 years on this planet! Do NOT hire this company if you need a kind caring person to help you live out the end of your life! I was afraid of one of the mouthier young women they sent over here to help me. She mumbled under her breath constantly and was very threatening to me. They want that money but, they don’t hire quality workers and they don’t listen to you when you call to report their rude behavior. Very uncaring staff!

I was never going to write this, but I changed my mind. My late husband was one of their patients before he passed away. I saw his nurse at the Cancer Center here in Longview and talked to him for a few minutes. He never recognized me and I was always at home when he came to see my husband. It doesn't matter that he did not remember me. What I am aggravated with is that not a soul called him o check on him while he was in Good Shepherd Hospital. He was there for almost 2 weeks. To top that off when he passed away not one person called to send their condolences. To me this only meant he was a paycheck for these people here. His nurses from the other town her in ET both called the hospital to check on him. They all signed sympathy card and love was all over the card. Not one soul from THH here in Longview bothered . The rant is over just wanted you to know I still have not forgotten this and I would not recommend you to anyone. So you have b3n in business for years. How many patients were just numbers and a paycheck for you. ...Kathy Russell. Longview,TX
