After having total hip replacement I asked my physician to send my referral to Premier Home Health. They provided excellent care and the staff were always friendly and on time. The nurse assigned to me provided wound care and made sure there were infections after surgery. She explained everything to me so I understood what she was talking about. My Physical Therapist and his assistant helped me get back on my feet again. They taught me how to transfer from once place to another. How to use a walker! They were with me each step of the way. I am grateful for the staff I had working with me. Excellent Job PREMIER!!! The name is fitting.

I have never in my life seen anything like what we have experienced with Premier in the way of consistent standards of excellence across the board in the highly competent care they lovingly render. Every member of this team and their individual systems continue to impress and bless us. They are on top of their game in organization, communication with patient and their families, knowledgeable about cutting edge therapies, and thorough in all they do. I could go on forever about how fast their response time is, how well oiled of a machine their business office is, how educated and informed their clinical staff is, how compassionate and accommodating the owners are. (as well as anyone else we’ve had the pleasure of working with) and so much more. Every time we have an encounter with anyone on their team, we see men and women who shine at what they do and pour encouragement and life into my mom as they serve her. The nurses are continually building upon their knowledge base with ongoing education in their prospective fields and eager to share their wisdom to see their patients live their best lives. They always seem to know exactly what she needs, how to provide that for her and when she needs it.There is absolutely no one I would trust to come alongside our family and take care of my mother like I do Premier. They truly love the people who have been placed into their hands and it shows immensely in their genuine concern for my moms well being. They sat with us and set goals for her to have a rich quality of life and remained by her side every step of the way until she met those goals and was able to set new ones. I honestly feel as though if you aren’t using Premier you are missing out on a precious resource for your loved one. They are continually raising the bar for themselves and meeting those expectations in spades. We are so blessed to have them.

Technically, I can't leave a review. We never got to actually see how wonderful the staff is since they threw up so many barriers to getting the care we needed. In the end, I gave up. They obviously had no interest in helping a non-geriatric patient. Thanks so much!

I can't speak highly enough about Premier and the staff! We recently switch companies due to inadequate service. Premier has surpassed expectation. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They communicate with family member about appointments and progress. I would highly recommend Premier Home Care!!

Steven Grantham

My name is Steven Grantham, B.A Psy LBSW and I work at Pine Tree Lodge Nursing and Rehabilitation a facility in Longview Texas. I have to say that Premiere Home Care has been going above and beyond on taking care of patients we discharge home. One example and there are many of the extraordinary care and going above and beyond is below as follows. 1. A resident that was homeless and we were able to find them housing from facility level. 2. Premiere Home Care took care of him at his new housing arrangement. 3. The staff immediately went out as soon as possible and provided him Nursing and therapy service that he needed. 4. This person had limited income so one of the owners (Chris Rigsby) went and bought enough food to fill up the refrigerator and their side pantry so they would have food to eat. 5. This person (Chris Rigsby) went by personally very often if not daily every other day to check on them and to see if they needed anything. 6. His insurance was not what in my industry we would call the best and even when they did not want to continue with services Premiere continued with his care for longer. 7.
