I recently had back surgery with major complications. I was in hospital (mostly ICU) and inpatient rehab for 7 weeks. The case manager at rehab made arrangements for Beyond Faith to provide my home health care (specifically, physical therapy) upon my discharge. Beyond Faith was suppose to contact me within 24 hours of rehab discharge. It took 4 days before Beyond Faith sent anyone. That person was only an admin asking what I needed. We pleaded for them to get a therapist to our home. 2 days later they sent a nurse rather than a therapist. We explained to her that we needed a therapist and not a nurse. She called her supervisor and they assured us we’d have a therapist come to our home in 2 days. We never heard from them again.

Beyond Faith has helped my folks so much as they navigate their golden years with grace and dignity and as much independence as possible. Of note, Brian Steele's compassion and genuine concern is second to none. My folks do not feel like they are only patients, but that he also genuinely cares about them as people. He follows up on details, listens, and treats them as if they were valued members of his own community or family.

Beyond Faith has been great about helping me care for my mom and providing quality, friendly, and comprehensive wound care. A bad experience with a previous provider left my mother feeling unsure about trying another service. She has been very pleased with the compassionate and friendly service she receives from the nurse for her wound care. I appreciate that the nurse executes the doctor's orders correctly and I do not have to follow-up and complete the job or clean up a mess afterward. The physical therapist has also done a good job of creating a plan to help my mother regain some of her strength with the sessions allowed by Medicare. Overall, this is a great home health service. (Do not confuse them with the separate hospice business.)
