Caprock Home Health Services , Took such good care of my mother while the ladies were in our home . Lacey & Ashliegh visited our home & took care of mother’s intake process in about 45 min. They were like family by the time they left , Very kind ladies. Allie & Kaitlyn are great at Physical Therapy & brought helpful recommendations for my mother to try doing while sitting & moving around the house . Jennifer wasn’t here long but we were totally more than happy to have Caprock Home Health in our home to inspire a new way of doing things . Positively Motivated ! Thank you Sincerely Rhonda Webb

Caprock is a horrible agency, they have no communication and take forever to find a caregiver. After my Tias caregiver came we could tell something was off about her, she was 2 hours late both days she worked here. We went to run some errands while we were gone she was nodding off and suggested my Tia to do meth to manage her pain. After we told the lady to leave we reported it to Caprock and they did not fire her they just placed her in another home.

Caprock Home Health has been wonderful to work with. The caregivers they have sent to stay with my mother have been well-trained and all have gone the extra mile when needed. The company does the best they can to meet my desires for caregivers at specific times. Sometimes they have difficulty with staffing due to circumstances outside their control. This is the same difficulty facing so many businesses these days. But we have loved the caregivers we’ve met and appreciate their efforts.

Caprock is currently providing services for my sister and they have been wonderful from day one!!! She lives alone in Lubbock and had life altering surgery, wants to remain as independent as possible. All of her team has been excellent!!! She still has long road ahead but I am not as worried about her with the great care she is receiving by all at Caprock. I don't live in same town so it gives me great comfort between my visits with her. Thank you to each and every one at Caprock!!
