I had hospice for my mom for almost 3 weeks. My mom was brought home from the nursing home lubbock health care, due to them not taking care of her. I started Hospice and had the upmost loving and caring ppl. My mom's regular nurse Leslie was AMAZING, the Chaplin Brandon was Amazing, everyone was just great! Mom was taken care of and I was informed of every single thing that was going on. I was contacted all the time, was helped with every need. I always thought that Hospice was a bad thing, it isn't. These folks are here to help, thru the bad, good, and ugly. I can say I wouldn't have gotten thru my mom's trials or her passing away without them! So, Thank y'all so very much.

The speech therapist did a great job of helping my father rebuild his confidence and speak again. Called about possibly using their hospice service and did not receive a call back, so I went with another service. Probably need to follow up if you want a call back.

So far the "so-called" hospice care is nonexistent. They call 5 times a day saying I need to drive the 70 miles to go see every person on earth, yet they have failed to do anything. I mean ANYTHING. They can't shower my mom, help with her meds. They can't do absolutely anything. I'm more exhausted now drom this fake healthcare company than before they supposedly started their "service." When in actuality there has been NO services provided at all other than wearing my phone out. My mom hasn't been bathed since last Friday when I did it. Plus even with a sign on the door asking everyone to please wear a mask, they won't wear a mask. They just take the sign down. If I have to drive over there 5 times a day and do EVERYTHING what exactly does this bunch do? Because it's definable not anything to do with Healthcare. Plus forget about their staff especially the PA or nurse to call you back.

I could not say enough good things about this company! They took care of my mom after heart surgery and after covid! The nurses and therapists took their time with her and she never felt as if they were rushing through the visit. When she needed help in the middle of the night the nurse was there in less than an hour. I will only use this company to take care of my loved ones!

My mother's nurse and bathing assistant were nice, but I was very disappointed in this company overall. We had a few too many problems with needing to talk to a nurse and leaving messages, but no one would get back in touch with us. It was very frustrating to have to keep asking someone to call us back. We felt like we were a bother to them. We are now switching to a different company and are hopeful that we will get better communication from our new hospice service.
