My mother loves this company, but to be honest, we’ve had ongoing issues with them for years. I’ve filed formal complaints through other channels due to the lack of proper services. They do not respect confidentiality, nor do they follow the client’s requests. We recently needed to submit some paperwork, and Jessica claimed yesterday that I’m not listed in my mother’s records and like I told her as of now that will be changing per my mother request and her calling me —yet, just like with her insurance and other providers, they asked my mother for permission to speak with me, and she gave it. Especially considering she often calls me for help, her wishes should be respected. Both times , I witnessed staff being incredibly rude and dismissive toward my mother, as if they were irritated by her or unwilling to take her requests seriously. Jessica refused to take my information even after my mother specifically asked her to. When my mother called backed the woman who answered the phone claimed someone had already taken my information earlier—which was completely false. Jessica again lied. This situation has already been reported to her insurance provider and other agencies. The only reason I’m still trying to work with this company is because my mother doesn’t want to remove them from her services. As I told her, it’s best that she handles the communication herself for now. I work in a similar field, and seeing how they operate is extremely disheartening. The lack of compassion and professionalism is unacceptable. No statement from this agency can excuse the poor standard of care they’re currently providing. My mother is now upset and have expressed to her insurance company that they are breaking Hippa procedures etc also consulting her doctor, about this matter as well. She also wanted me to be a provider for her per her request but I told her they are untamed and unprofessional to work with during a difficult time that we are already having

If you or your loved one is in need of care do yourself a favor and go with another company. The nurses came out every week but did nothing to prevent my brother’s wound from getting worse. In fact they tried to convince us that it was healing properly when he had an infection in his bones. We reached out to complain of a foul smell and drainage and they didn’t bother to come out or call us back. When we requested a different nurse we were told that they would send out a different one but it never happened. They also left his Foley catheter in for almost two months and we had to complain to get them to change it. Working with them has been a nightmare and almost cost my brother his life.

I have spent 20 days arguing with Ashton, trying to get a consent form. She won’t mail it or email it. Also, she’s extremely rude and she’s called me multiple times even though all I want is a consent form. I’m trying to help a client advocate on their own behalf and it seems they really don’t want that to happen. They are completely mismanaged. I made a simple request for her to email me and instead she continues to call… without a signed release of information consent form. Do not trust these people with your private medical information.

It seems that most of this company's problems are due to poor, uncaring management. You cannot depend on management to schedule a service provider to show up at the times needed. They frequently do not show up at all or are scheduled to come four to six hours after they were needed. Many employees love animals and feel at home around your four legged loved ones. However, if you have an animal, management will not allow your home health care employee to enter your home unless the animal is locked up the entire time the employee is at you home, no matter how well your provider gets along with the animals. Some of the employees are no help at all to your handicapped loved one. Some employees that are exceptionally helpful have said many of the good home healthcare employees are frequently quitting this company to work for other companies. Maybe this explains why it is extremely hard for this company to keep hard working, reliable people employed. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for home healthcare!
