The best home health and physical therapy home health company I have had. They have been everything I needed and wanted. Lufkin office staff, nursing care and physical therapy people are wonderful. Jim is the best physical therapy person I have ever had. He understands my problems at 75 after I gave up. He has me up and walking getting my balance back. I have gone from bed to chai exercises. Walking further each visit. I would definitely recommend Lufkin Enhabit.

We have a loved one using this company and the nurse did not utilize the medlist with core t times for medications to fill her med calendar. This leading in mederrors and when we explained that the medications are due at this time (nighttime due to being a sedative) she was rude and saying we be been a nurse this many years blah blah blah. Then the very next week did the exact same thing!!!! There is no accountability there is no trust there is no competence when it comes to these nurses and the company. The rehab is great but nursing is horrid!!

My father recently had surgery and we are using encompass home health 3 days a week and The nurse that has been assigned to him (Laykin) is beyond rude and extremely unorganized. I do not recommend using this service for home health

My parents recent used Encompass for physical therapy when they moved to assisted living in Lufkin. Due to my parents memory problems, I notified Encompass (on several occasions) that they needed to communicate with me regarding their care. THEY NEVER CALLED ME WITH ANY UPDATES ON THEIR PROGRESS AND ENDED THEIR SERVICE WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. IN ADDITION, THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. BE AWARE IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THEM. I WON"T USE THEM AGAIN.
