Excel provided nursing and physical therapy services to my 100-year-old grandfather in our home. The agency was always very responsive when we called or needed a nurse after-hours. His primary nurse, Gayle, was so wonderful and it was obvious that she truly cares about her patients and helping people. She always listened, addressed our questions and concerns, and never hesitated to pick up the phone and make calls to my grandfather's doctors to help coordinate his care when needed. Michael, my grandfather's physical therapy assistant was awesome, very professional, and really motivated my grandfather to work on his mobility. Excel was also very quick to get us extra help from a provider when we needed it. Later after my grandfather passed away peacefully on hospice, Excel and staff sent plants and flowers with their condolences. Thank you for going above and beyond and providing excellent care.
