Some of the staff at this location are in dire need of immediate training. I'm not too sure what policies they have in place are due to recent experiences I had entering this office. Upon walking in, there was only one person that I could see. She was glued to her cellphone, but I greeted her by saying, "Good Morning!" She merely looked up at me, and looked back down to her phone. She never asked if I needed anything or what I was there for, and was solely concerned with her cellphone. To me, this was completely unprofessional and tarnished my image of this entire office. On another occasion, I came in to the office and the same lady was blasting Reggaeton music. She did not care to turn it off or lower it, especially considering that I entered the office for professional reasons. I later came to find that she was the Office Manager of this location! This was quite shocking, due to my last encounters and experiences with her, which weren't many, but certainly impactful. If Aveanna expects any positive and professional nurses to want to work with them, they should emulate those characteristics from within, especially from someone who they have as their Office Manager. I am completely baffled, and would highly recommend this employee to be trained in not only professionalism, but customer service.

Very disappointed with the company. For the past year I’ve had trouble with them scheduling nurses at night for my son and even in the day when the nurse calls in. They don’t have back up nurses and they lack communication especially the executive director. I’ve caught the scheduler on call with lied Before they where Aveana i was with the company for many years and I never had any problems. I’m so disappointed that I’m looking for a new home health.
