I'm giving them the lowest rate since they are really bad a communication, their nurses are good, but when I let them know to come at a certain time all they say is "ok we'll let the office know to bring someone" and they dont show up, I have to call them to remind them or to let them know they didn't show up, all they say is "im sorry" I dont think a sorry is going to heal a wound or get someone any better, these are suppose to be healthecare professionals and they lack at being professional and at being healthcare providers, and dont even bother calling after hours they only answer to take a message not to help the patient.
