This agency's decision to discharge my mother-in-law after less than a month of service raises serious concerns. Without conducting a reevaluation to assess her progress, they terminated her services, which I believe was a retaliatory measure. This action followed my dismissal of their nurse, who neglected her duties, including caring for my mother-in-law's foley catheter. The nurse claimed her supervisor instructed her not to touch it, despite explicit instructions on her discharge papers. This negligence led to my mother-in-law developing an infection, requiring emergency room treatment. The agency failed to contact me to address my concerns regarding their nurse. In contrast, the PT, OT, and ST staff provided exceptional care. My mother-in-law requires ongoing therapy, but the agency did not offer her the opportunity to request additional services. I am giving them 2 stars, which is more than they deserve. .....

Very bad experience Ivonne the Director was very rude. The nurse never came and expected to come out very late at night and was very very rude, no supplies, never called us when she would show up, acted very careless. No sympathy towards the patient in bed rest. I would never recommend this home health to anybody. The worst experience ever. Everybody was extremely rude from directors to nurses. They were just there for the money,
