They wrongly promised services and our parent is suffering as a result. When we call the front desk person does not transfer calls and we don’t know what to do? We have no choice and are helpless. We are looking for alternatives. We would not recommend. Bigger the company more attitude they have thinking they are doing patients a favor? No one is doing any four on anyone. We are serving old people. We are a team and families are stressed out taking care of older parents. My mother has not showered for 6 days and they don’t care. They should be reported to adult care services Update : Last week someone called Laurie called from office and was screaming. She hung the phone without listening and knowing problem was at your end not updating address. We had to speak to Ashely who assured us that will not happen again This is second time people from this company have been rude and hung up Date update : Dec 27 th 2024 We had called today the agency and like always they have no respect for their patients and family members The aid has not come since Monday neither the nurse. They have doctors orders to do medication management. We have no medication to give to mother and we don’t understand the complexity of medication to a 91 year old The agency does not have a nurse right now she was supposed to come yesterday Laurie kept on aurguimg that we should do it as it is not their responsibility but the doctors orders request agency to do it. Just coz of holiday weekend you can’t do this and say ‘ patient is not safe at home’ yes coz of your providing/deny poor service uodate :Dec 27th 2024 its 4.45 PM and the agency is closed. I called Ashley ( head ) twice urgently for help as we meed a nurse as she missed visit on Thursday and we we were out of medication in pill box. We have no understanding of how and which medication to give to mother. I will be filing a complain with adult care services on Monday We waited everyday and the home aid never showed up. This is the care they do for a 91 year old lady Update : Jan 3rd 2025 We have fired DFW home health with immediate effect and report has already been submitted to adult abuse also Please. They risked patients life ( 91 year old ) by provide no to inadequate service They are very badly organized Ashley the manager of McKinney branch is worst and never returned calls and even the email we submittted to them per their message they never responded We even filed a complain with Medicare
