Due to a sudden change in my mom's health that left her in great pain and confined to a wheelchair, we needed to find help fast! Everyday routine activities that we took for granted suddenly became impossible for her to perform without needing someone to help. That's when her physician referred us to VStar Home Care. From the very first phone call, I was immediately met with warmth and compassion. The owner/president Louie Nguyen was very patient with me, listening carefully to my needs and concerns, and then offered several options to support both short-term and long-term needs. Within a week, we were able to arrange for a personal care assistant to come to our house several times a week to help care for mom and accompany her to Physical Therapy appointments. The best part is that our personal care assistant is an absolute ANGEL! She treats us like family yet still maintains her professionalism. Mom has immediately latched onto her. We feel so blessed to have found VStar!
