I highly recommend Platinum Healthcare. The entire process of getting our residents on services was a breeze. The nurses and physical therapy team are amazing, starting with the very knowledgeable Victoria who was the first happy face that they see. The physical therapist actually stays for the entire hour to work with the patient. After working with many other companies in the past, I have come to realize that that is not typical. Most of the therapist that come in only stay for 20-30 minutes and sit and talk the rest of the time. Their ultimate goal is to get the patient well.
