Mar 2025 I was a client with Tripple C a few years back. I only stayed a month or two because the caregiving service was unprofessional. Talking with the owners, trying to get help, I saw why-they were rude and just as unprofessional. Knowing I’m on Medicaid, one of the owners (MRS.) told me if I paid extra-out of my pocket-then they would send somebody. Flash forward to last October, when I went with them again, thinking they’ve gotten better. However, it was not the case. Caregivers who don’t show, or admins who don’t call a caregiver to tell them the client needs help are just a couple issues. But what potential clients should really watch out for is, if you have a problem and are told to call the head owner, if he doesn’t agree with you, if you can’t at least meet in the middle, be prepared for him to raise his voice, almost yelling, so he can interrupt everything you’re trying to say. If I did get a couple words in, he’d repeat, “That’s beside the point. That’s beside the point,” completely waving my concern, which, obviously WAS the point and the reason I called him. I read a review also on Google, and that lady said the same thing I just did. Be careful choosing them. BTW, this is the definition of slander-make false and damaging statements about (someone). If I write about negative experiences with a healthcare agency, or any business, it is to inform, but most of all, sadly, it is true. That is not slander. My husband and I were suddenly dropped, with not enough time to get another agency before our last service date. He, they put on paper, because insurance was not paying. However, when he called his insurance, they said Tripple C hasn’t filed since last October. Sounds like the company thinks their clients are stupid.

I wish I didn't have to chose even a one star. Worst company. I regret we were ever directed to them. Please becareful of who you trust to be alone around your loved ones. Professionals..far from it. I wouldn't trust Stephanie Biodrowski in my home. So much heartache and the owners don't care. They will egg on the situation and let things be with no accountability to their employees.

If you care anything about your family and your home I advise you look for another company, I promise you this one has got to be the worst one here in Midland! ***Can't even trust them in your home*** One star because u obviously can't put a big fat 0!

Be careful with Amy Lugo she never returns my calls the only time I can talk to her is when she needs my signature and when I told her that the provider that she sent me her name is Arnay Martinez didn't want to help me when I was falling down Amy didn't say anything but when I told her that Arnay Martinez would sit down a lot and fall asleep when she was working with me Amy said she can sit down I'm leaving this company because they don't care about us elderly people.
