I would like to thank all the wonderful providers at Heavenly Health Care that worked with my father at Avalon in his last few weeks of life. Samantha, Mariah, Sonia, and Chaplain Lyssa provided care and comfort for him throughout his stay. They treated him with dignity, respect, and compassion, and he felt their love, care and compassion. He had peace and comfort. In his final hours, my father had the best care possible, and we had ultimate support, compassion, and guidance as to the next steps. I am very grateful for everyone that helped my father and our family.

My wife was in a wheelchair when Ray Garza in physical therapy 1st came to see her, she transitioned to a walker and then a cane and now can walk independently indoors and with a cane outdoors within 6 weeks. Best physical therapy we have ever experienced. Nurse Veronica was the sweetest kindest lady. The office staff was always helpful and accommodating.
