Home Health care had Horrible customer service. I'm a RN calling from a local hospital trying to get patient HH services. If their team is so rude to patient care staff, I can only image how they are to patient's families. I work with many HH vendors due to my occupation and the staff was by far the worst.

Had a poor experience with this HH agency's staff. As a Long Term Care Social Worker I work closely with local home health agencies to secure services for my discharging residents. I called to obtain a follow up on one of my referrals, and Brittany stated that they would not take my attending physician's face to face and HH order but that they would wait until resident actually visited their PCP. I questioned this information as it has never been an issue before with other agencies, (normally a SNF can initiate the HH order and their PCP will continue signing off) and she stated "that's just our process! we aren't putting down one doctor then redoing all the paperwork to change to the doctor who will be continuing care" Ok. Understandable, it can be an inconvenience for sure, however, I explained that my resident's follow up appointment is not scheduled right after discharge therefore there will be a gap in his therapy. Her response was "well it's not urgent, it's just therapy". Needless to say, I will be going with a different agency for my patient.

My arms, hands, feet and legs are affected with neuropathy and I am blessed to have a nurse come from Omnibus and massage my areas of discomfort and get wonderful relief each time they come out. I am blessed to have one of their fantstic nurses come to my home everyday and its has amazingly really helped. I have gotten so much help from my nurse I want to continue using her to help with my neuropathy pain. I am able to sleep better at night and in less pain from the neuropathy since I have been receiving their services. My nurse Heather has a wonderful personality and I really enjoy everyday she comes.

They treated my mother for 2 months neglected to see she had mrsa the whole time!! She almost lost her leg and could’ve died the specialist said. After requesting a new nurse when her doctor suggested letting them treat mom again to keep up with her overall health, the office staff was very rude and disrespectful weirdly demanding in that you had to see them on their schedule and couldn’t cancel or move a visit. They accused me of trying to keep my mother from receiving physical therapy when I told them she couldn’t do it one day due to her feet being bandaged up and she couldn’t stand. They argued with me about the severity of the wounds, saying they “didn’t matter”. They had never seen them or talked to her doctor. I would not recommend them to anyone wanting a health agency that cares about them. There is no way they had my mothers best interest at heart and it showed
