Absolute worst care. Seriously it felt like a joke and because it was the only place my insurance would cover I was stuck. So the first nurse I had was very argumentative with me over everything. He was not cleaning or dressing the bandage how wound care wanted it, even after putting detailed instructions on the order. I was told MULTIPLE times that they had ordered supplies for me, and as of 1/2/26 I still have not received any supplies. I was having to purchase things out of my own pocket and wound care was having to supply me with extras, which they are not supposed to do, in order for my wound to continue to be dressed. A few weeks ago I started seeing a new nurse. It was a little better care, but still no supplies and I was having to explain the order to them on how wound care wanted the wound dressed. My insurance changed on 12/31, but I was told by my case manager for my previous insurance that they paid for visits through mid January so I would be able to utilize those visits. Yesterday 1/1/26 the nurse called me at 4:26 pm to let me know that he would be coming out today, but it would be the last visit due to the change in insurance. I sent him a text around noon today asking what time he would be out. No response, but it shows the message was read. So I sent another message about an hour later and he says that he thought the office would have called me, but he was told not to come today. I call the office and they stated that they are running on a skeleton crew and no one was in office to call me. But you can tell the nurse not to come? I tried to explain that it was not professional to just no call/no show for your patients. I work in the healthcare field and that is rude and unethical. I will be following up with my previous insurance to make sure that any money paid for visits past 12/31 is refunded as well as if they paid for any supplies that is refunded as well since I never received supplies and was coming out of my own pocket for them.

Nurse programmed the pump wrong and then insisted that I didn’t need the rest of my infusion dose. He left it in the refrigerator and left. The nurse also took calls while monitoring my infusion and even left me unmonitored to run an errand. Updated to reply to the response below: Nurses can very easily reprogram a pump with the correct code to change the infusion rate. The fact that your nurses don’t further shows your incompetence. In addition to this, it’s against the law for a nurse to leave a patient unsupervised without access to immediate assistance under infusion orders. I have had allergic reactions to this treatment twice in the past and could have gone into shock when your nurse left my house to go to the store after his wife called him repeatedly until he was forced to answer. At this point having the rest of the medicine will not be effective to treat my autoimmune condition and I am in pain due to their negligence. I told them I didn’t want to continue with them and they told the doctor that it was mutual. If you need life affirming care with a nurse who can program a pump properly, look elsewhere.
