If I could give 0 stars I would the lack of communication with the staff about what is going on is terrible. Every time I have called i have had to leave a message because no one answers the main number. I have left multiple messages for someone to call me back about my father o figure out what was going on and I have received no calls back. It was not until I advised the nurse I was dropping service she was able to get me on the phone with the NP amd then it was mostly a excuse how insurance takes time to approve auths . Being a CNA myself for over 10 years this is terrible !

Great PT, OT and nursing services. Very caring ,compassionate sympathetic and knowledgeable. They are specialized in wound care and pain management. My nurse Justine stays on top of my medical care even when I am less than compliant. I am very appreciative and happy with their services. I highly recommend their services. Thank you!
