I have been with this company since 2018 I've gotten others hired on with the company and brought the company other clients even my mother. I'm my mother's medical power of attorney which they are aware of and my sister is upset about it. This yr my sister and I get into it because she wants things to be done her way which is why my mom made me her medical my sister calls the office and speaks with Christina with all kinds of accusations and instead of them coming by or contacting me or my mom who is the client and can speak for herself they get adult protective services involved which we will be contacting and letting my mom speak to them about the situation they put her aid which she needs on leave and me. Christina calls my mom's phone takes a statement from me still never speaking to my mom which makes her own decisions she just has me as backup if anything should happen and she can't speak for herself. I understand them looking out for clients but if they can speak for themselves and make there own decisions why not call them. If they wanted to come by why not call or return calls when we call them or show up when the aid is here if they feel something is wrong. My mom is upset about it because she really likes her aid & we need the help my mom doesn't just want anyone working for her neither do I. It took some time for her to feel comfortable with her aid we will be looking for somewhere more professional if this is not rectified & so will my other client and maybe my mom's aid as well so she can keep working for my mom. I left a message for the head supervisor Jackie to call me because this was not handled properly in our opinion.

Worst experience ever. We had an emergency with my dad, called to receive help. Ended up finding out the nurse discharged my dad even though we still had visitations and they did not inform any one in the family. I called to get some information about this, NO ONE answered my calls or returned my voicemails. I made sure to explain I was only calling to get information, that's it. After two weeks of calling and never getting a hold of anyone, I had to go out of my way to their location on Fairmont. Even there NO ONE helped me, only the scheduler coordinator. Which she had no idea why or couldnt give me any explanation. The manager didn't even attempt to contact me. Please consider getting another home health care for your loved ones.
