Horrible! Have been trying to get physical therapy for my 93 year old father for over a month now. Nurse has to come in to evaluate, then therapist to evaluate appointment booked then personal issues rebooked and then no-show. Having to chase down, won’t return phone calls in a timely manner. Nurse never put in orders for wound care so we are having to pay out of pocket for supplies. Just a hot mess! Find another heath care that will follow through and really provide services that are mandated by physician. It’s a shame that Medicare is paying for really nothing, Interim shouldn’t be paid a damn cent.

If you are looking for a company that will treat your family as their own and still uphold professional values as they care for your loved one, this is it. One thing that stands out about this particular Interim branch is the attentiveness of the nurses and the office staff when are taking care of your loved one. They really pay attention to the individual needs and wants of each client. They are quick to respond to messages and always in constant communication. I am very pleased with the professionalism and reliability of this Interim Home Health branch.

Interim took amazing care of my aunt. The nurses and therapists were not only skilled but also kind and respectful. They made the whole process feel less overwhelming and were always there when we had questions. I’m really grateful for the care they gave her and highly recommend them to anyone needing home health services.

First, I would like to thank the scheduler Mia for answering questions regarding why my 90 year-old mother-in-law’s service had not restarted after the nurse was informed on Saturday that she was home. When the nurse did not respond, I called to see if the HMO authorization was renewed. I was then transferred to the scheduler. Their system still had my MIL as if she was still in the hospital or rather she was not placed back into the schedule rotation. Five days later no communication which also means a full week with no physical therapy. Hopefully, we will be back on schedule Monday (3/3/25) and physical therapy will resume. Because Mia assisted with providing information, I have given them 3 stars.
