Charlin Healthcare provided 2 weeks of home healthcare at my home following my hip replacement surgery. The nurse came twice to check my vital measurements, medication, incision, and changed my dressing after 7 days. The physical therapist came two times each week for two weeks to lead me through laying exercises in my bed the first week and standing exercises the second week. They were gentle exercises since I was just the first and second week post surgery. I also used portable bike 2 times and recumbent bike the second time. The physical therapist switched me from walker after 4 days to a walking stick and observed my gait as I walked. She observed me walking up and down stairs holding rail with one hand and the walking stick with my other hand. I highly recommend Charlin Home Healthcare.

Charlin Health Services is hereby requested to instruct your vehicle operators to adhere to proper conduct and comply with established safety protocols at fueling stations. Specifically, at the Sam's Club location in McKinney, entering the fueling area from the incorrect direction to refuel, particularly when other customers are awaiting service, is strictly prohibited. Prominent signage, including instructional notices and directional arrows, is installed to communicate this regulation. Despite this, your driver unlawfully entered in the opposite direction to overtake queued vehicles. Such behavior constitutes a breach of safety and courtesy standards. We kindly request that your personnel receive adequate training to ensure full compliance with all station regulations and demonstrate appropriate respect toward other customers.

Charlie Health has been an amazing help with my mother during hospice. Our nurses Antoinette and seiners respond immediately to any questions and medication refills. Our aid Alma has been so helpful with sponge baths, taking care of my mother’s personal needs and making sure we have all of our my mom’s personal hygiene. Terrie our social worker has been so empathetic to my mother’s needs. I truly appreciate everything Charlie has done for us during this difficult time physically and emotionally.

I hand knee surgery and home health PT was required before I could go to PT. I am so happy I had the home therapy first and with Charlin Health Services. They are amazing! Carol (RN) and Franchot the Phys Therapist I saw twice a week was so nice and knowledgeable and I was well prepared to start going to PT and on my way to recovery. If I’m ever in need again Charlin HS is my first step after surgery. Keep them in mind.
