My mother's doctor recommended this company about 5 years ago and it has been a wonderful relationship. I needed a lot of assistance with my mother so she had three different nurses that will come at one point. They helped my mom get a hospital bed and wheelchair which the other home health companies didn't even try.

My elderly mother has been with a few home health services, and the only reason we moved her to KOC is because of the request of a local home care facility. We strongly advise against using this home health service. The staff is horrible at communicating, along with being misleading, and have made adjustments to my mother's care without getting approval from doctors or family. The issues with this home health provider are likely due to poor training and vetting of their employed care workers, as well as improper management. Home health visits were logged as completed although workers would at times not show up. This company should be investigated by authorities, as for the first time in our health history involving home health, situations were strange, unprofessional, misleading, and quite cold. Highly advise against using this home health service, especially when you have so many other options to choose from.
