Paradigm Home Health doesn’t waste your time. They show up, they follow through, and they truly care. Their nurses are kind, patient, and so considerate, and their physical therapists are just amazing. My husband got the BEST care! You can really feel the difference in the way they treat you. The quality of care is honestly second to none, and I’m grateful for everything they do.

Ginger came to do my MIL evaluation and she was wonderful. Just the kindest, most compassionate nurse. She’s followed up with us, and has truly shown a genuine interest in the well being of my MIL. Please give this woman a raise. She’s heaven sent.

This company has problems scheduling and reading notes once they have a new patient for home care. I asked before service started for my mother that she has the same nurses being she has dementia it confuses her and me too trying to keep up on who’s coming out. Besides I don’t want all these different people in my home. Communication within this company is not clear at all. The two nurses my mom has are awesome but office staff and the answering service are rude. Waiting to see if the executive director Teresa Luna will get my message and call me back.

This company is a fraudulent company and all they want to do is take advantage of us disabled veterans and or other people who have disability needs. Julie who's in charge of this location hung up on me because I was trying to explain to her all her staff wants to do is get my signature and leave. All they care about is the money. Their staff won't return our phone calls and they treat you like the VA hospitals treats the veterans. I don't see how they sleep at night taking advantage of the disabled people.
