The service I received from the aids once they showed up was good and done safely the problem is when they showed up. Of all the aids assigned to me they regularly did not show up. And if I did not call the office. No one would have come. They all act if it is my job to determine no one is going and and start the process to get some one else to fill in. I have indicated to both the aids and office that the aid should call the office to let them they were not able to make it then then the office finds a replacement and one them call me to advise me of the change. The closest thing to this happening was the aid calling me to tell me to call the office to get a replacement. The skilled nursing that took care of my medicine is very dependable and concerned about me taking my medicine and my mental state I take medicine for depression

This Health Care Agency really goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients, their families and employees. Definitely qualities that you don't find in companies these days. Ms Karen is a beautiful woman on the inside as well as the outside. Her staff is always on point. The companies logo should be "Hakuna Matata"(No😊

In my profession I deal with a lot of both Medical and government related agencies and by far Positive is nothing but positive . The staff has been nothing but friendly and professional and up beat. Mrs. Maureen has always gone out of her to explain everything clearly. Mrs. Karen is always so nice and calming anytime I speak with her. I 1000 percent recommend.

My brother is paralyzed and needs help with everything after a 3rd stroke earlier this year. He is total assist and cannot move his left side. I honestly don't even know where to start with my complaint list, but it was literally *everything* coming out of this company. This "home health" (I use that term very loosely as it was nothing of the sort) agency was unresponsive, uncooperative, and his case manager (office manager?) Karen outright lied to his VA representative about him on multiple occasions including while on a three-way phone call WITH us and the VA. They felt that making him a sandwich and refilling his drink equated to peeling an entire bag of potatoes and cooking a roast. They called it a "full meal" and said they didn't do that. Cleaning up spills around him after he ate? Nope. They're not there to "clean your whole house." His suffering with these people ended a week ago when he told his VA to he couldn't do it anymore and wanted a new agency. His new agency is absolutely stellar! STEER CLEAR OF THIS HOT MESS! YOUR LOVED ONE WILL THANK YOU!

Left work early twice to meet with personal home aid, both people never showed up for work. No explanation to why they didn't come. Was told that second person who didn't show up never contacted them. How can they take care of elderly people if the agency does not even know why employees do not show up for work, leaving elderly without any help. Tried to contact the manager, was told that she had health emergency. I understand that. But it is 2 weeks later, and nobody from this agency contacted me to explain what happened. Whoever I talked to just told me to find another agency.
