I don't feel this agency deserves even 1 star. I asked them about adding OT Occupational Therapy) for my mother as well as having PT (Physical Therapy), and Nursing they out and out lied to me saying that "per Medicare they aren't allowed to have more than 2 Disciplines in the home" well that is just not so. Also I don't believe their DON (Director of Nursing) understands the first thing about how LUPA's work. Not impressed with this agency at all. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend!

They don't mind coming out to take vitals. I asked if they could help me into the tub...well they could....been over a week and nothing. They are only in this for a paycheck. Nothing more. I dropped it. Waste of our Government dollars if you ask me.

They do not do provider services and help us bathe. Clean. Or anything except nursing Ect. I wish there was a way they could get cna’s on board to help folks like me with obesity and mobility issues.
