Incredible communication, compassion, care, and commitment to YOU as a person. I can’t say enough good things. Lesley, RN, Thad, LVN, and Melly, DPT provided care that far exceeded anything I could have expected—and I know healthcare. Recovering from a major surgery can be scary and overwhelming, and having this team in my corner helped me tremendously. A special shout out to my Physical Therapist, Melly, who had exceptional communication, challenged me, worked around my schedule, was respectful of my home, flexible in my treatment, cared about me as a person, and helped me exceed my post-operative recovery goals. I also had the pleasure of hearing from Richie, RN, and Paul, who are leaders within the organization and impressive as well. Thank you The Home Health Team!!

There is no way I would refer this agency to a friend. NO WAY! My doctor referred this agency to me after a recent hospital stay of 7 days. Tammie Marsh, the girl I talked to on the phone was very polite, courteous and always professional. So was Grace, the RN sent out to sign me up. Unfortunately, the physical therapist and the LVN they sent out had none of those qualities. They are unqualified for the jobs they have whether or not they hold certifications or not. Dishonesty, incompetence and contentious are the best way to describe. They were not at all interested in addressing my needs. I could never advise anyone to allow any of these people into their home. I wish I could give them a lower rating.

Khoa Nguyen was my home physical therapist after my hip replacement surgery. I’m 72 and doing great thanks to the good start that he gave me. He was focused on my recovery and motivated me throughout the first month of care. I made great progress with his help! Would recommend him to everyone!

I used the home health team for several weeks. They were very friendly and professional at the same time. I enjoyed working with all of them. I had Minette and Khoa for physical therapy. They worked with me on strength and balance. They encouraged me to work harder and accomplish more than what I thought I could. I would highly recommend them for physical therapy.
