Patients are not the priority. Five minutes before my appointment, the NURSE called to say he overslept. My daughter has had extreme difficulty getting the services started. They are dishonest and say theyve made attempts to reach you when they have not. Irresponsible, unreliable and unprofessional. I will be reporting them to the state home health hotline TODAY.
