Elara Caring Home Health was a true blessing for my uncle after his hip replacement surgery. From the very beginning, the care and professionalism stood out. Our nurse, Kyndra, was absolutely wonderful. She was very compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with us. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything we needed to know and made sure my uncle was comfortable and confident in his recovery process. Her kindness and dedication truly made a difference. I’m so grateful for the care Elara provided during such a critical time!

This company lacks empathy and are dishonest if you are a veteran with VA orders with them be very very careful they will try stuff and when you try to get an explanation they repeat themselves over & over trying to convince you of what they want not what the doctor has ordered. They even had a nurse bring us a change of care notice that wasn't filled in & they wanted you to just sign it which is not ethical as the form was blank they should of filled ii in so I know what I was signing.. from what the speciality clinic had told me they have been having issues with complaints about this company by other veterans as well so I wouldn't recommend using them at all if they aren't honest in small things they are not to be trusted

This organization failed from the beginning and I absolutely recommend avoiding this company. I needed in home occupational therapy for numbness in my hands that pretty much made them unusable. 2 weeks after I got out of the hospital, they called to set up an evaluation, instead of 3 days as I was informed. The nurse arrived at my home late and with totally incorrect information about my condition. The following week, she returned, late again, and did a "follow up" but no therapy. The next week, the therapist was supposed to come, but never showed or called. The day after that, I got a call asking to set up a date for an evaluation and that no therapist would be available for two more weeks. That's 3 evaluations but no therapy until as much as 6 weeks after being released from the hospital. AVOID THIS COMPANY! The lack of professionalism is mind blowing.
