Sends out nurses to homes of at risk elderly patients who aren't vaccinated, they they covid, Royalty calls to tell you you're getting a new nurse but not that the nurse was positive.

The hospital called them on 11/16 since I was going to be discharged, and they said I was accepted as a client. They were supposed to come out to help me a day or two after I got home from the hospital. I never heard from anyone and called to ask why. They said they actually couldn't accept me because of insurance limitations and that a "new" person had been answering the phone and didn't know the proper procedures. After calling insurance and one company who couldn't take me on, I asked Royalty to find someone else for me, since they messed up. I did hear from a different company on 11/19 in the evening, but I'm not sure if Royalty found them for me or the hospital did. I also don't know if insurance has approved the new company. Most likely, no one can come help me until the week of 11/30. The person answering the phones should have known that they needed to check someone's insurance. When Royalty realized there was a problem with my acceptance, they should have called me immediately and tried to find a new company sooner. I've been almost in tears trying to get this resolved.
