Dr. McKenna is truly exceptional! She is incredibly kind, considerate, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable! She represents everything a doctor should be. From the moment you walk in, you feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for, which makes such a difference. She always takes the time to explain things clearly and never makes you feel rushed, which truly shows how much she cares about her patients. Dr. McKenna recently moved to a new location, and it’s phenomenal! The space is much larger, has plenty of room to grow, and is always spotless! The entire staff is super helpful, friendly, and professional, which only adds to the overall great experience! My family and I feel incredibly lucky to have found Dr. McKenna at the Hunt Regional Royse City location, and we’re extremely grateful to be in her care! I can’t recommend her and her staff highly enough, they are all amazing!

The clinic is really nice and new of course. The staff seems to be very friendly, patient and punctual. Dr. Doty is excellent!! She listens and talk through the best options for your care. The only down side is never being able to reach anyone by phone. The front office never answers and that poses a problem especially when you have the insurance company on the line two days in a row trying to straighten out a claim. Oh well, I guess we can't have everything! Lol

Dr. McKenna and her staff are wonderful! They’re friendly and personable and exactly what we needed when our kiddos were sick last week and we couldn’t get our regular pediatrician on the phone. Dr. McKenna and her staff (medical assistant is compassionate and kind & her receptionist is awesome) are a dream come true! The appointments are same day, and the environment is welcoming and calm. I’ll be bringing my babies and myself (and husband, though his immune system is rock solid) here from now on. I love this new little clinic and I think you would, too!
