I am glad to say that my experience with ALEGRE has always been great. Only problem is that I have recommended many clients to this company and this last time I referred a client and my daughter was going to be the provider, they were RUDE and wouldn't get back to her. I really DIDNT APPRECIATE THAT. Also this company needs to know that not ALL THEIR PERSONAL in the San Antonio location are doing what they should. TREAT ALL CLIENTS AND PROVIDERS THE WAY THEY WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED. WITH RESPECT AND WE SHOULD NEVER FEEL LIKE WE ARE A BOTHER WHEN WE HAVE A QUESTION. THAT IS CALLED LACK OFF COMMUNICATION. HOPE THIS IS LOOKED AT BY THE OWNER OF ALEGRE. WOULDNT WANT YOU TO LOSE CLIENTS DUE TO SOME BAD APPLES.

1. The first client I had was be recommend by a previous employee I worked with at The Department of Family Protective Services. The client asked me not to come back after I had a house showing of my house being on the market to be sold. 2. I was sent to the wrong address and the person that at answered the door acted like at first he didn’t know what I was talking about. The he said oh yeah come in. It was the wrong address and I could have been in jeopardy. 3. The location is extremely far from my home and I went to the location prior to going so I know my location. I do not feel comfortable going to that side of town which is unfamiliar territory and my fiancé and I are not comfortable going to the location. With no judgement. But, safety first is my concern.

The office people have NO communication skills. My 15 year old son is their patient. Cuz my son is a minor the pay is different so providers don't stay. My son has been without a provider for 2 days and I still haven't received a call from them. Spoke to Simon and he said it would be better if we went to another company. I have called Melinda and nothing gets done . The only one that seems to help is Linda. Please if u have a minor don't choose this company cuz he will be left unattended
