My mother has been with this company about 5 months. Worse company ever when it comes to reliability and communication. The reason I stayed so long is mom has had to go thru company after company! I feel so sorry for the elderly. Especially when they get treated like this!

Maggie is AMAZING! She did everything she can to help and get us situated when we were confused and didn't know what we were really doing. It was definitely needed!!! I also love that they sent someone bilingual over. Its hard to not be accommodated in our native language. So thank you for that

My mom has been receiving help from the company quite some time now with my nephew being her caregiver. She at first wasn’t receiving the proper help she needed from the company. There has been a change in the company now. I have just started working with the company being my mom caregiver. I have been helped tremendously with paperwork, hours, and a decent pay rate. Dora and Maggie have been working together to ensure that things are being handled properly and correctly. They do their very best to answer questions that you may have or be unsure of. I’ve read the things that’s been said about the company. However, the company can change. Just like places, people, and circumstances can change.

This is my first time going through this process, and it’s already been stressful enough. My grandmother has been approved for services for over a month now and still hasn’t received any type of care or support. Communication from this company has been very poor, and it’s difficult to get clear or timely responses. They also don’t seem willing to accommodate the patient’s preferred schedule. For a first-time experience, this has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I wouldn't recommend it if you want the best care for someone. Leticia just hands you the test along with all the answers. Once you're in your coordinator never calls to check up on you. The Lack of communication is unbelievable. Nobody at the office returns your phone calls anyway even if you leave messages. It takes longer than 3 rings to answer the phone showing lack of skill or employee shortage. For $12 bucks an hour it's not worth it unless it's Family. $12 hr Run far far away and never look back. I just found out it's been a whole week of me not getting paid and nobody had called me to let me know? Supposedly the person had COVID for a whole week. COVID excuse is old already. All I want in life is honesty and I doubt you get that here. The only person there with sense is Maggie but she doesn't work in the office so yeah good Luck.
