I highly advise against this agency unless you want one of the following; 1) wait days on end for service that repeatedly say they’ll come but don’t. 2) physical therapy service that comes only once in a tshirt, sagging shorts with their underwear showing, never calls, and attempts to urge you to switch other medical professionals to ones THEIR OPINIONS agree within their first visit. 3) service that only comes after you complain of how they repeatedly make you wait day after day only to drop off some dressings for you at the door and leave immediately to make you put it on yourself. 4) lack of professionals when you have a complaint about the one physical therapist that finally arrives after weeks and you’re supposed to have another one come, they turn it into an excuse when different physical therapists were supposed to come (scheduled before making the complaint) and never arrive. 5) a business that places blame onto you when you get tired of repeatedly placing complaints for lack of service and neglect, finally ask them to discharge you from service but they never do until it’s a month later, and bring up their own versions of your complaints twisted and exaggerated to make their own excuse when it’s convenient for them. If you hear you’re getting this company, they have no control for quality or staffing. If you get lucky and they don’t ignore you after critical surgery like spine surgery, congrats. If you get our same experience, you’re not missing out on anything, they barely do things when they arrive anyway. Calling for service is like trying to herd stray cats but worse because they’ll respond back and repeatedly put you in a false sense of security that they’ll do something and never do. These are my warnings.

Husband had surgery and our case manager sent the referral to Anew Home Health for post op Home Health Care. We were to receive a call by Wednesday. No call. I called Anew at 1:40 p.m. on Wednesday and couldn't even leave a voicemail as it was full. When she did call Thursday I asked her when she received the referral she initially stated Thursday (that morning) then stated Monday later in the call. So I was lied to by this Home Health Company. No pre-auth obtained, delaying my husbands recovery process. Extremely disappointed we were referred to this HHC and furthermore the lack of urgency and care of for patients and lack of professionalism. DO NOT USE THEM. Very disappointing.

I used Anew HHC for post-op care following left (Oct) and right (Nov) total hip replacement. Every nurse (specifically Yvonne) and physical therapist (Melissa) were incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable about their respective profession. Each bandage change and PT appointment was great. Thanks to them, my recovery continues with no complications and I am doing a lot better than before!
