I kept my experience well documented and will be filing a complaint also. No accountability from either the Community Liaison that was given to me by Huebner Creek and who blamed most of the problems on the poor excuse of a coordinator who answered phones to the director who blamed everyone but himself-this company should be put out of business. They left my 90 year old mother who'd just returned home with a broken hip completely abandoned - I made repeated calls and received repeated excuses and postponements. In the end, she was without a nurse or therapists for almost 2 weeks.

Filing a complaint with the State of Texas. My mother-in-law has a dibilitating disease known as PSP. It has the same affect on your brain as Parkinson’s, MS, and Dimencia but extremely aggressive. Eventually she will not walk, talk or eat. For this reason, the Doctors care plan included physical, occupational, speech therapy and an aid to assist with personal hygiene. The agency accepted quickly accepted the care plan but for the last 6 weeks only provided the Physical therapist. The other therapies listed on the care plan were not being addressed. After weeks of numerous follow up phone calls I didn’t receive a call back until I refused the RN visit. Imagine my surprise when I learned the other services wouldn’t be provided because of the MediGap policy. No one told me! This past week would be my final attempt to obtain service fron the agency. I suspected my mother-in-law might have an UTI and last Friday a sample was taken. t’s now been 7 days and still waiting for UTI results...no culture. Yesterday morning a text was sent to the nurse. Today the nurse called stating .there is nothing she can do...the Drs office is closed. Imagine my surprise when I called the Dts office. I found someone willing to help. Immediately she texted the PA and within the hour the prescription was called in and is ready for pick up. There is so much more I could sharre but you time is valuable. My experience has been so painful but in the end it’s your choice what agency to work with. Don’t be fooled LMG
