Complete Care received a referral from my mother’s doctor to perform an at home assessment and they never called her or me to set it up. After several weeks, I called them and was told Sylvia was the person that needed to speak to regarding the referral. I left my number twice and had no response. We’ve asked for another referral from the doctor as my mother needs an assessment to get in home care urgently.

I could not be more grateful to Complete Care for taking me by the hand and ensuring my recovery from a recent surgery. They are professional, experienced, and empathetic. I found them masterful in anticipating my needs at every turn. My case manager helped me understand how things would play out and reassured me saying they were always available for me. My visiting nurse was heaven sent, always supportive and helpful. Her manner is so professional yet personal that it exudes a high level of knowledge, experience and confidence. Thank you...you know who you are! I unequivocally recommend Complete Care. Thank you again.

Going with a company your doctor recommends is not always the way to go. The name definitely does not suggest the care by this company. Tremendous staff turnover. Poor understanding of needs. Last minute cancels. Seemed like some aides were over assigned duties due to staffing issues I suppose. Original meeting with "sales" person was all promises of care requested only never to reach him again when requests were not fulfilled. "That's not what he meant", "You must have misunderstood", etc. In trying times, care for your parent is all that matters. There were a few decent staff members who were "replaced" as times went by. Don't do what I did... wait for things to get better. There are options, do your research. Difference of night and day with current company. I regret not transferring sooner.

The hospice care is beyond outstanding! I can't say enough about the nurse we were so lucky to have. She was there for my mom and our entire family from beginning to end. We never thought hospice would be such an amazing experience. We will never forget our nurse and the impact she had on our mother and our family. She was very intelligent, friendly and even humorous when we needed it! We wrote a thank you letter to the company for all the excellent care she provided. She truly wentbabove and beyond any of our expectations. Would recommend and do!

This agency has continually disregarded the care that is needed for my 85 year old father-in-law. There have been multiple instances in which the providers they have used to give home health services have not shown up and even more instances where the providers have shown up only to watch television and not take care of the patient as necessary. I think the management of this agency does not have the desire to care for patients as needed and when confronted about the inadequate care, they become hostile and avoid conversations that need to be had. We are being forced to complain to DADS and other governmental agencies to try to remedy the care provided. I'm certain that there are better choices for home health agencies.
