The nurses for the most part are great— my girl Marisol left but Niesha has taken her place and she is super sweet and great at her job! My favorite person in the company is Valerie the patient liaison. I can’t say enough good about her! She’s always trouble shooting any problem I run into and goes above and beyond to make sure I get the care I need. I love that woman!! Elara has a bad rep online but the Boerne/San Antonio office has been amazing— definitely recommend them if you’re looking for home health!

I heard about Elara hospice from a family member and gave them a call. I have been so impressed with this company. My parents were in a nursing home and shared the same room. We were assigned a fantastic duo RN Hailey and CNA Delanie. These two work so well together. They were our extra set of eyes and ears at the nursing home. When my Dad took a turn for the worst, Elara was there to assist every day with updates and status. This company was so sensitive and professional at the same time. Even a month later the office staff have called to check on the status of the family and ask if they can help in anyway. I found this amazing. This company cares. I do and would recommend them to anyone 100%.
