NP Flores and her assistant Adi visited my home this morning for the first time. I was contacted twice prior to their arrival which ensured for proper communication and directions. They arrived on time and in a most friendly manner. My first appointment protocol was clearly explained to me and the typical doctor appointment procedures were carried out in my dining room. Info, med review, blood tests, etc. I was quite impressed to see the doctor’s office and professionals enter my apartment. Their manner and style was reassuring, professional, informative and welcoming! It was an A++ service from both.
