Claim made to my insurance showing there is a patient responsibility. No bill in the mail, no patient portal for me to access and pay the amount owed, called CCMA they don’t know anything and don’t have a billing department (then why am I receiving a bill?), called the hospital the doctor works at that I’m apparently getting billed for and they don’t know anything and CCMA or this bill. Spent an hour and a half in a wild goose chase being told to call 10 different numbers all which lead to a dead end because no one knows anything. Bishal, if you would like to get paid please reach out to me cause I've exasperated all other avenues to get this bill paid.
