Zero stars would be more like it. The potranco location I went to after the horrible service at this place blows them away. Really the people working there are not only disrespectful and rude but turns out completely ignorant on top of their awful customer service. The issues they came Up with were no problem at potranco where I was treated with dignity and respect and given great service. Take my advice and go elsewhere- there are options and they come with much friendlier better people to help You!

Went in for prints today and couldn’t believe how rude the lady was. I pray I never have to go back there. It doesn’t cost you a think to be nice. Ride for what reason ? She didn’t even have a reason

Honestly was a bit apprehensive when I was reading previous reviews of this location but was pleasantly surprised. I arrived early to my appointment and was greeted by a nice young lady who took me in right away. Whole process took 5 minutes and I was on my way.

Do not schedule your appointment close to their lunch break. They lock the doors around 11:30 even if you have an appointment scheduled later, like mine at 11:50. There was no sign saying they weren’t accepting people, just a crowd of us waiting outside for our scheduled times. They were still processing 10:50 appointments when I got there (15 minutes early for my own slot), so the schedule was already way behind. Since they aren’t open on weekends, many people had to take time off work only to end up waiting around. If you do come here, I recommend booking an early morning slot, or better yet, try a different location.
