I was in pain with the voices, and wanted others to get it not knowing I could try fixing the situation as a resort towards venting mindfully.i know not to act on my mindfulness with bams to ploy it is so wrong. Violence with my hearts memory slit avoidance.

*For the commerce location for enrollment *Some front desk are great others are not so great I wish some were more understanding and not rude I have been here multiple times to re enroll unfortunately I wasn’t able to keep my appointments the first time I came to enroll to young ladies helped me out with paperwork and they were amazing one was very sweet she talked to me about her story and how it’s never to late and it’s okay to not be okay I really appreciate her the other younger lady she was amazing helping out with my paperwork This last time I have been helped (if that’s what you want to call it) by a lady who unfortunately was not very nice or understanding I went up her hopeing she was available and she made a comment about me going back to the line and waiting to be called when I still ended up with her she was mean I mean I get it we need help but I’m not sure if that’s okay to treat us that way she was very R U D E . I have came 2 times already and she seems just to have a bad personality I would give the center 10 stars but she makes it a 3 or less star for bad customer service norma do better please

Tony young was very rude and disregarded my mental health he was very unprofessional in handling a mental health crisis I called here to get help and was treated with extreme disrespect and was belittled and talked to with a condescending tone riddled with attitude and back handed comments that I didn’t ask for. I’d assume they have better training for a facility like this dealing with such a serious field of health
