Mission Home health has been a godsend. The nurses have been very caring and understanding given my difficult recovery. Their tentativeness to me and my needs were second to none. Thank you to the entire staff for helping through my long recovery. They walked me through some challenges with my primary doctor. I don’t know any other home health that has gone above and beyond like that. Again I definitely recommend Mission!

After my knee replacement, I’ve been fortunate to have physical therapists and nurses come to my house. They have all been so positive and wonderful, especially Suzanne. Today was my last day of in-home care; I didn’t realize how sad I would be to see them go. Thank you, Mission Home Health—you have the best employees ever!!!

We have been pleased with the services provided for my mother's home healthcare with Mission Home Health. It has allowed her to be at home with family and a caregiver. Communication of needs for the patient is very important. It is also very helpful to get clarity on what services can reasonably be provided and the timeframe it can be delivered. I am thankful for the services and care Mission Home Health makes available and provides to rural communities. It has saved us numerous trips to the doctor's office for appointments and lab work which is very difficult for my mother since we have to use a lift to move her anywhear. The nurses and staff have been very professional.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! My mom left rehabilitation to go home. We were told this home health company would reach out to us that day. She arrived at home by Ambulance transportation at 2 PM. I drove 45 minutes away back to the rehab at 7 o’clock at night to pick up some prescriptions that had not been delivered yet. Upon arriving at the rehab they asked me how she was doing and if she had any contact from home health. I told them no, that we had not heard anything and asked for their name. Her nurse that had been working with her the entire time in rehab was very distressed by this. So she got on the phone as well as sent emails. We finally received a call at 9:30 that night. From the Director that was 2 1/2 hours away. She called to tell us she would come the following day. She did come out. But for what reason I’m really unaware because this company was less than helpful. My mom has an open wound that requires wound care. My parents called twice to try to get someone to come change her ostomy bag on her fistula. To which both times they acted like it was not important. That there were no nurses available. And we should take my mom to the emergency room if we couldn’t do it ourselves. Now just moving her from her bedroom to the living room is exhausting for her. And that is with using a Hoyer lift. If you care about the people in your home I highly recommend going somewhere else for home healthcare. We fired them as her home health- then in the same day we hired a new company and someone is already here! I wish I could leave a zero star review because they don’t even deserve one.

My mom got out of the hospital and the on call nurse was so professional and polite. She saw my mom that day and the therapist are wonderful. Best homehealth i have delt with in a long time!!
