Convinced my aunt she did not need advanced wound care for my uncle and that "they could handle it," coming out of the hospital. Now they have sent him to an advanced wound care company of their choosing and not ours. Very suspicious. Do not recommend. This is not what "handling it" meant to us.

Did not meet expectations. We were discharged from inpatient rehab with orders for OT, PT, and speech therapy 3 times a week for 4 weeks post-discharge. Prime accepted the responsibility to deloiver. The Occupational therapist did not reach out until 3 weeks after discharge. Speech therapy was over a week late and only spent 15 minutes on an initial eval before scheduling a first appointment over a week later. The speech therapist was combative with my dad, and we had to step in to de-escalate a situation between the therapist and my dad. Given that my dad is dealing with a traumatic brain injury, that seems highly unprofessional in my opinion. We were told that scheduling would take place at least 24 hrs in advance, but we routinely had providers calling or texting late at night the night before, or even the same day expecting appointment times. Just today we had a provider try to give less than 2 hours' notice. Compared to our prior experiences with in-office or inpatient therapy, these sessions were significantly sub-par. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and mostly a waste of our time and resources. I cannot recommend this company.
