If i could give it zero starts i would, Joshua is very rude and unprofessional never calls back. He goes back on his word and even looses referals. After reporting the first staff member for ignoring my calls, the supervisor promised to handle it personally — still nothing. Families deserve better responsiveness, especially when it comes to children’s therapy services. Its been months.

Everyone there that I spoke to seemed really nice, however, my daughter was approved for 72 hours of private duty nursing and restorative just could not fill those hours or even get anywhere close. When our primary nurse quit we ended up with only 12 hours a week (1 day) of nursing for over a month until we decided to switch to another company. Once I told them that I plan to end services with them they suddenly found a nurse that could come at least three days a week. Too late I switched to another home health provider and I love them!
