Provided serviced were excellent, that's when ever they decided to show up. They walked my father around and did excellent PT after a diagnosis requiring it. My issue was when the discharge nurse, Mariah, came out today, she appeared sickly. She kept clearing her throat, sniffling with a runny nose. She was touching my dad, and his Walker and he had to handle her tablet to sign his release. She wasn't wearing a mask, and it bothered me that she did the visit in 5hat condition, without a mask.

Not a fan of theirs. One nurse by the name of Maria was great! I had just had surgery. When they came out to admit me, things seemed very promising, even when my wound vac turned off a nurse came early in the morning to take it out and put a dressing on. That was about it. PT was supposed to come out 3x a week, and came out whenever they decided to. One nurse was coughing and when I asked her about her coughing she gave me an ugly look and had an attitude in the beginning of the session. Uhm sorry but I don’t want covid especially after undergoing a major surgery. Some PT exercises useful but I ended up recovering on my own. Maybe this agency is just a hit or miss 🤷♀️

Worst company ever they will not provide staffing needs and you wait weeks for coverage. They need to be fined by Medicare and Medicaid
