My dad was discharged on 12/24 and its 1/7 and his wound care nurse has only come once. I cant get any answers as to why and they dont communicate with eachother. The first evaluation nurse told me to reuse syringes and cut small pieces of gauze and tape and gave me a sandwich bag with a few pieces. She said they dont have alot of supplies and she didnt leave me any wound cleaning solution or even saline except the one she used and dipped the dirty syringe into, she told me to just reuse it. I called to speak to a manager and she said she would look into it but never called me back. We are changing home health care services. I dont recommend anyone use them.

I have used this company a few times and this last time has been the worst experience. I've had They were responsible for my physical. Therapy, after having a portion of my leg amputated, I started therapy at my dad's house. To ease his mind of me, being at home alone and falling and injuring myself I came home. Letting them know that I had returned and changed my address. I had a nurse come by for an evaluation. Then, the assign rehab specialist never showed up. Having the text messages of our schedule dates for therapy i called the company they said that he was no longer assigned to me and provided a different therapy specialist. That specialist showed app, and then when our next scheduled day came, he never showed up. Nor called the following morning. I text him asking him, what's going on. He says I'm no longer on his schedule. That morning, I fell in my living room, and one of the questions. I had been asking since starting therapy was To teach me how to get back up from the floor when you only have one leg. Well, they never showed me that. So I had to improvise the best way I could and put pressure on my stump. That hurt tremendously when I spoke with the company. They tried to say that I missed several appointments and that their nurses or or specialists had been calling me when I never received anything. Then, come to find out that they had discharged me. This is been by far the worst experience typical response blame the patient
