As the Social Worker at Sorrento Nursing Home, I collaborate closely with their team, and they consistently provide reliable, compassionate, and timely care for our residents transitioning back into the community. Theracare home health has been fantastic. At the beginning of, it was a little difficult getting serviced but I’m not sure if that was due to Theracare or Medicare United Healthcare. It’s been wonderful working with their PT department. Allison and Marcus Tyler have been absolutely wonderful. Marcus Tyler challenges my grandmother but also helps her build confidence and face her fears. Anytime I do need to call in, the staff has been very helpful and friendly. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the patent company Cantex has been difficult to work with. Sundance Inn rehab center in New Braunfels has been a pain to work with. Trying to get any information, records was so difficult. Records we were trying to get before discharge in April, we’re still trying to get. Care while in the facility was extremely disappointing and week to week having issues with staff. All in all, I would recommend Theracare Home Health PT. 100%.
