My moms nurse didn't know my mom had an open cut infected. She said she wasn't a doctor to know if cut was infected or not..wow, I'm not even a nurse but red, purple and a hole in the skin tells me it needs some serious attention ASAP..Spoke to director and they didn't believe me that nurse had said that and nurse even went as far as to tell me that I should be present when to visits my mom and I would know what she does when she goes to see my mom...Obviously she didn't do her shop because she didn't even know about the infection..I usually don't place reviews but this one I had to let people know what this Home Health is not doing and they might want to choose another company to take care of there loved one..I'm changing my moms to another agency that does care..
